ECB's Draghi: Countries with ratings below BBB- included in ABS

FXStreet (Łódź) - During the Q&A part of the press conference Draghi says that the ABS purchase program will include countries with ratings below BBB-, such as Greece or Cyprus.

• Outright purchase of ABS different than use as collateral

• Only simple and transparent ABS will be bought.

• Exchange rate is not ECB's policy target, Draghi stresses.

• He points to the divergence between the Eurozone. monetary policy and those in other countries.
