USD/CAD falls to 1.1215
FXStreet (Córdoba) - The loonie is rising against the US dollar on Monday, after posting on Friday the lowest close since July 2009. USD/CAD peaked during the Asian session at 1.1264 and then turned to the downside.
Ahead of rht release of the Canadian Ivey Purchasing Managers Index from September , USD/CAD is trading slightly above daily lows, around 1.1217/19, down 0.20% for the day so far.
USD/CAD levels to consider
To the downside, immediate support lies at 1.1215 (daily low) and below here at 1.1200 and 1.1175/80 (September 29 high). Resistance could be located at 1.1230/35 (intraday level) and above here at 1.1245 and 1.1270 (October 10 high).
