DAX advances on renewed global optimism

Germany’s benchmark index, the DAX, opened higher today and traded firm on the back of positive market sentiment as traders cheered renewed optimism heading into this holiday shortened week.

FTSE gains 1%

The London’s Ftse index advanced today supported by solid gains in the Metals and Mining stocks and the Oil and Gas stocks.
