Flash: Fed speeches in focus - BTMU
FXstreet.com (Barcelona) -Lee Hardman, FX Analyst at the Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi UFJ notes the main focus in the US trading session will likely be upon two upcoming speeches from Fed officials.
Hardman notes that Fed Vice Chairman Dudley, is scheduled to speak upon the labour market, and Governor Powell who is scheduled to speak upon monetary policy. He writes, “Investors will assess whether they display the same policy view that Fed QE tapering may start later this year and end in the middle of 2014.”
