NZD/USD unable to hold above 0.7800

FXStreet (Córdoba) - The kiwi is falling on Friday against the US dollar, back into negative territory for the week. NZD/USD peaked during the Asian session at 0.7855 but then lost momentum and since then it has been moving with a downside bias.

After Wall Street opening bell greenback gained momentum and the NZD/USD dropped to 0.7744 hitting a fresh daily low. Currently trades at 0.7780/90, 45 pips below the price it closed a week ago.

NZD/USD remains limited

The pair continues to move in the short term without a clear trend. To the upside the pair continues to be unable to consolidate above 0.7870 while to the downside it has been rejected from below 0.7700.

AUD/USD grappling with 0.82 handle; sights on the upside

AUD/USD is currently trading at 0.8215 with a high of 0.8258 and a low of 0.8168 and down 0.12% on the day.
