Canada: Trade deficit shrunk to $0.30 billion in May

Fxstreet.com (Edinburgh) - Canadian trade deficit ticked lower to $0.30 billion during May, down from April’s deficit of $0.95 billion (revised). Market consensus was expecting a deficit of $0.73 billion. Exports fell a tad to $39.34 billion while Imports followed suit falling to $39.64 billion.

GBP/USD wavers after US data

The GBP/USD wavered near daily highs after the latest string of data showed the US private sector added more jobs than expected in June.
