Australian employment conditions soften in April

Australian employment figures came worst-than-expected in April. The total employment change stood at -2.9k vs 5k exp, with full time job creation at -21.9k, while part-time was +19k. The jobless rate came unchanged at 6.2%, in line with expectations, with a participation rate of 64.8%, also unchanged.
