EMU: Annual Retail Sales drop 1.3% in July

FXstreet.com (Barcelona) - Eurostat informed on Wednesday that year-over-year Eurozone Retail Sales dropped 1.3% in July, down from the 1.1% decrease in June and well below forecasts of -0.4%.

On a monthly basis Eurozone Retail Sales rose 0.1% in July, compared with the 0.7% fall in June and below expectations of rising 0.4%.
