USD/CHF jumps to 7-week highs at 0.9425
FXstreet.com (San Francisco) - The US Dollar is trading higher today against the Swiss Franc and after jumping around 65 pips in the latest hour from 0.9360 to reach fresh high since July 19 at 0.9425.
The USD/CHF is joining its negative correlation with the EUR/USD and as far as the Euro declined to 1.3129 against the Dollar, also lowest since July 19, the USD/CHF is posting daily gains. Currently, the pair is trading at 0.9405, 0.55% positive on the day.
USD/CHF bias
The short term perspective is slightly bullish according to the FXstreet.com trend index in the 15-minute chart. Indicators such as MACD, CCI and Momentum are pointing to the north while the Stochastic is neutral.
Above the 0.9425, next resistances are at 0.9445, 0.9475 and 0.9500. On the downside, next supports are now at 0.94000.9280 and 0.9350.
