Fed’s Dudley - Risks are starting to tilt to downside

New York Fed’s Dudley last night said he has not made fundamental changes to his 2016 outlook, but added risks have began tilting to the downside.

Dudley also said he still expects growth and more inflation, but acknowledged that too much Fed tightening could cause a significant downgrade to his assessment.
