According to news wires, Nigel Farage thinks UK has voted to remain in EU 'based on friends in financial markets who have done big polling'. Meanwhile, vote Leave campaigner/Tory MP Theresa Villiers also says she thinks Remain side have won the referendum.
As per Sunderland, one of the pro-Leave states due to publish results shortly, sources note talk is that the Leave camp may have obtained between 54 to 60%.
