Fed’s Kaplan - Fed will be able to hike but must be patient

Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas President Kaplan echoed the opinion held by most Fed officials that Fed must be patient with rate hikes.

Kaplan added that it will be appropriate to raise rates as progress is made. Earlier this week, Kaplan had called for a "slow, gradual, careful" approach to raising interest rates.
