Analysts at Nomura offered their projections for the USD/CNY fix to be lower.

"Our model1 projects the fix to be 9 pips lower than the previous fix (6.6691 from 6.6700) and 1 pip higher than the previous official spot USD/CNY close of 6.6690. The basket implied change is 2 pips higher than the previous official spot USD/CNY close (6.6692 from 6.6690)."
