Asian stocks trade mixed, Crown shares tumble

Stock markets across Asia trade mixed following Friday’s flat closing on Wall Street.

At the time of writing, Japan’s Nikkei index was up 0.27%. Australia’s S&P/ASX 200 retreated 0.60%, while stocks in New Zealand dropped 1.26%. South Korea’s Kospi gained 0.40%. China’s Shanghai Composite index traded flat.  

Shares in Crown Resorts tanked 11% after Chinese government raided Crown Resorts' offices in China.

In related markets, gold trades flat around $1255/Oz levels. Oil benchmarks and US treasury yields are flat lined as well.
