China State Council: Need to bolster service consumption

Xinhua reports news published late-Monday, noting that the Chinese government has issued guidelines to boost consumption of services, in a bid to build the tertiary sector to a new growth driver.

The State Council document read, "We will manage to unleash potential consumption by improving service quality and increasing service supply."
