ECB’s Rimsevics: ECB stimulus not flowing to the economy

In an interview with NRA, the Latvian news agency, the ECB governing council member and the Latvian Bank (LB) President Ilmars Rimsevics, noted that slow lending is affecting growth, while adding that the ECB stimulus is not flowing to the economy.
