Bund: Reduced selling pressure - Natixis

Micaella Feldstein, Research Analyst at Natixis, explains that the breakout above 160.73-160.80 (daily Bollinger moving average) for bunds has reduced selling pressures and a pullback towards the support around 159.18-159.30 (daily parabolic) now appears unlikely.

Key Quotes

“Watch out rather for a more pronounced rebound towards the resistance at 162.47 (weekly Bollinger moving average). A breakout above this last level would release significant upside potential towards 163.40 (upper band of daily Bollinger) before the resistance at 163.86 (50-week moving average).”

“Supports are located around 161.50, at 160.73-160.80, at 160, around 159.18-159.30, and around 158.84-158.96.”
