Optimal level for CZK would reflect fundamentals – CNB’s J.Rusnok

J.Rusnok, Governor of the Czech National Bank, said on Thursday that the optimal level of CZK would reflect fundamentals.

Rusnok added that if the domestic economic growth continues to outpace the EMU’s, it would correspond to slight firming in CZK.

He also added that it is difficult to predict when a rate hike will be needed.
