World trade is rising, albeit from a low base - Nomura

In view of the analysts at Nomura, world trade is accelerating as the global exports are rising at their fastest rate for two years and export orders in the PMIs point to this trend continuing which comes from a low base, however, with trade growth over the past decade the weakest on record.
