Analysts at Nomura offered their projections for today's USD/CNY fix.

"Our model1 projects the fix to be 348 pips higher than the previous fix (6.9009 from 6.8661) and 112 pips higher than the previous official spot USD/CNY close of 6.8897. The basket implied change is 138 pips higher than the previous official spot USD/CNY close (6.9035 from 6.8897)."
