US Commerce Sec. Ross: ending up with negotiation deals, not trade wars

The US Secretary of Commerce, Wilbur Ross, speaking to Fox News on the recently introduced import tariffs in the US, was noted saying that we are ending up with negotiation deals, not trade wars.
