USD/CAD falls to lows post-FOMC Minutes

FXStreet (San Francisco) - The US dollar is trading down across the board and against the Canadian dollar there is not an exception. The USD/CAD is extending losses below 1.0900 to trade at lowest since January 13 at 1.0855.

Currently, USD/CAD is trading at 1.0861, down 0.55% on the day, having posted a daily high at 1.0944 and low at 1.0857. The FXStreet OB/OS Index is reflecting oversold hourly conditions, while the FXStreet Trend Index is slightly bearish.

USD/CAD levels

Below the 1.0855, the USD/CAD would face supports at 1.0840 and 1.0800. On the upside, resistances are at 1.0880, 1.0910 and 1.0940.

USD/CAD technically oversold

Currently, USD/CAD is trading at 1.0862, down -0.54% on the day, having posted a daily high at 1.0944 and low at 1.0857.
