US reaching out to China for new round of trade talks - WSJ

The Wall Street Journal recently reported that the United States was reaching out to China for a new round of trade talks. 

Citing people briefed on the matter, the WSJ claimed that officials were aiming to give Beijing another opportunity "to address Washington's concerns over trade issues before the Trump administration implements additional tariffs on Chinese imports."
