EUR futures: further upside in the pipeline

In light of flash data for EUR futures markets from CME Group, investors added nearly 3.4K contracts on Wednesday vs. Tuesday’s final 550,492 contracts. In the same line, volume rose for the second session in a row, this time by almost 22.7K contracts.

EUR/USD now looks to 1.1745/50… again

The upside momentum in EUR/USD faces strong resistance in the mid-1.1600s. The recent uptick was on the back of rising both open interest and volume, a bullish signal that allows a continuation of the up trend and a potential test of the critical barrier at 1.1745/50 in the near term.
