Irish PM Varadkar: Ideally would get Brexit deal by year end

Ideally would get a Brexit deal by year-end and we expect the UK to stand by agreements, said the Irish Prime Minister Leo Varadkar this Monday. 

He further added that the UK splits has made it hard to get a deal and we now have to work through the UK divisions.
