ECB survey: Sees slower growth and lower inflation

The European Central Bank (ECB) released the results of its latest survey of professional forecasters this Friday and here are some of the key findings:

   •  2019 GDP growth seen at 1.5%, down from 1.8% previous.
   •  2020 GDP growth seen at 1.5% from 1.6% forecasted previously.
   •  2019 inflation seen at 1.5% as against 1.7% previous.
   •  2020 inflation seen at 1.6%, slightly lower than 1.7% previous.
