China delegation: Substantial progress" made on specific issues in latest round of trade talks

China's official news agency, Xinhua, quoted the Chinese delegation to the discussions in Washington, as saying that the US and China have made "substantial progress" on specific issues in the latest round of trade talks, Reuters reports.

However, Xinhua failed to report further details on the same.
