WH Econ Advisor Kudlow: Trump and Xi could sign deal at Mar-a-Lago

In an interview with Fox Business, White House economic advisor Larry Kudlow said that he believed that President Trump and his Chinese counterpart Xi could sign a trade deal when they meet at Mar-a-Lago in a summit in late March. Kudlow further repeated that they made 'tremendous progress' on trade talks with China.
