China, US made further substantive progress on trade talks - Xinhua

China’s state news agency, Xinhua, citing that the Chinese Vice Premier Liu He spoke by telephone with the US trade representative Lighthizer and Treasury Secretary Mnuchin.

They noted China and US have made further substantive progress on trade talks.
