ECB's Nowotny: Consider negative interest rates discussion as relevant

European Central Bank Governing Council member Ewald Nowotny recently crossed the wires saying that there were different approaches to discuss negative interest rates and added: "I would support certain mitigation, consider the topic as relevant."
