Italy's Salvini: Government will definitely never increase taxation

When asked about a potential EU request for budget correction, Italian Deputy Prime Minister Matteo Salvini said that the government will "definitely never" increase taxation. 

Regarding the political developments in Italy, Salvini said that he was not in favour of a snap election and added that he wanted to continue to work with the coalition partner 5-Star.
