EUR/JPY hits fresh weekly lows below 138.50
FXStreet (Córdoba) - The EUR/JPY is falling sharply on Wednesday and recently bottomed at 138.30, reaching the lowest price since May 21. Price remains near the lows, moving in a range between 138.30 and 138.50.
Since the Asian session the EUR/JPY is moving with a downside bias, after being unable to hold above 139.00. After a week with the Euro recovering ground against the Yen, in a few hours the common currency is back under pressure.
EUR/JPY eyeing May lows
The pair has fallen almost a hundred pips in the last 24 hours and has approached 138.13, where last week lows lie. If it breaks below it would be trading at the lowest level since February 6.
