ECB’s Knot: Low rate policy risks becoming counterproductive

In an interview with Dutch newspaper De Volkskrant, published on Monday, the European Central Bank (ECB) Governing Council member Klaas Knot said that interest rates in the Eurozone could remain historically low for years.
