USD/CAD hits fresh 5-month lows below 1.0700
FXStreet (Córdoba) - The USD/CAD weakened further during the American session and broke below 1.0700 for the first time since early January. The pair bottomed at 1.0685 and currently trades at 1.0691, down 0.25% for the day.
The US dollar is falling for the sixth time out of the last seven trading days versus the Loonie and is headed toward the lowest daily close since January 6. The Canadian dollar is among the best performers on Thursday and also for the week.
USD/CAD levels to consider
Below today’s lows at 1.0680/85, the next support could be located at 1.0650. To the upside, immediate resistance now lies at 1.0700 and above here at 1.0725.
