Biden's lead over Trump expands to 16% – CNN poll

According to a recently published CNN poll, 57% of likely voters are backing Joe Biden while 41% are supporting US President Donald Trump in the upcoming presidential election in November.

"Biden's favorability ratings have also improved, with 52% of Americans now saying they have a positive impression of the former vice president, compared with 39% who have a positive view of Trump," further noted Jennifer Agiesta, CNN's Polling Director.

Market reaction

This headline doesn't seem to be having a significant impact on market sentiment. As of writing, the S&P 500 futures were down 0.18% on the day at 3,386.
