US: S&P/Case-Shiller Home Price Index up 20.2% YoY in February versus 19.0% expected gain

According to the latest S&P/Case-Shiller Home Price Index data released by Standard & Poors (S&P), home prices were up 20.2% YoY in February, above expectations for a 19% gain and up from January's YoY gain of 19.2%.
